Our furniture for the restaurant was orderd from China. Half of the wall decorations are Chinese style and half are American style.

Chef Andy and his wife Jennie moved to Surprise from Long Beach, California where they had their restaurants in Redondo Beach and later in Long Beach. Chef Andy was trained in China as a Chinese Gourmet Chef and has devoted more than 25 years in perfecting his skills. Their Surprise restaurant is decorated beautifully with modern Chinese furnishing specially made for them in China. Those who have dined at the Golden Wei Restaurant have experienced some of best Chinese food in this area. Chef Andy prides himself in cooking his vegetable to a perfection to maintain the green and vibrant colors of how vegetable should be served. To keep their customers healthy, Chef Andy never uses MSG in his cooking. We are the process of coordinating with the various communities in Surpsie for Chef Andy to demonstrate and teach his culinary skills.
