Golden Wei Restaurant is Jenny and Chef Andy Yang's third restaurant.  Their two other restaurants were located in Long Beach and Redondo Beach, California.  The Yangs moved to Surprise a few years ago to open the Golden Wei Restaurant and bring with them their years of experience and Chinese culinary skills offering authentic Chinese Cuisine.  Chef Andy was trained as a Gourmet Chinese Chef in China.  Through the years, he has developed some of the best Chinese dishes can be found anywhere.  Chef Andy created many of his favorite and delicious dishes in both Cantonese and Szechuan style for his current menu.  Chef Andy has perfected his style of vegetable cooking to maintain the green and vibrant color as vegetables should be.
